Crackers and flatbreads (DB feb 2013)

Sarah from "All Our Fingers in the Pie" was our February 2013 Daring Bakers’ host and she challenged us to use our creativity in making our own Crisp Flatbreads and Crackers. I made these little crackers with cheese and bacon. I tweaked a little around with thickness and oven times, and the result was fine. 

This is what I did:

Mix 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour with 1 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/3 cup olive oil, and anything you like (like cheese and bacon) and make a dough. Don't knead longer than necessary. 
Make sheets with a pasta machine, cut out forms, smear with a little oil, bake until a little browned, let cool on a rack.
